During the first session I had with Hans before attunement I felt very relaxed and had sensations of weight especially in my hands. That week I felt really energized – as if someone had supercharged my batteries! During the attunement I had the same feelings of heaviness and some visions of colours, but it was a subtle experience rather than a dazzling one.

My first surprise came the next morning when I was lying in bed with my husband. My hand was resting on his chest and suddenly I could feel swirling sensations in my palm! I hadn’t even been thinking about Reiki!

They say that with Reiki we develop greater awareness and intuition and I feel this to be true. But this is just the beginning and I’m hoping to learn more and more as I practise more and acquire more knowledge. I’m looking forward to sharing Reiki with other people – it’s such a great way to spread the well-being that so many people seem to be searching for - and also doing level 2 maybe later this year!

I am a 28 year old spanish guy and have always been interested in Spiritual growth and development since I was a teenager but afraid of the unknown and reluctant to continue learning because my fears. In the past year everything suddenly changed and started my Spiritual path with renewed energies. I was specially attracted to Out of Body Experiences (OBEs) and very recently and by pure chance attracted to hands on healing REIKI.

After gathering some information about REIKI on the internet I found Hans’s web site and decided to contact him in order to attain REIKI level I training and attunement. Communication with Hans was always very polite and trustful and in fact he transmits a lot of security and care.

Although Hans does distant healings and attunements I decided to visit him as we both live in the same city, Barcelona. In order to prepare my body and to become familiar with REIKI Hans suggested to have a first REIKI session for me to experience. The sensation was incredible and I initially started to feel a warm sensation in my head while Hans started the healing in my Crown Chakra area that moved and followed wherever he placed his hands. The feelings where of peace and understanding mixed with well being state sensations throughout the session. I also perceived images with my third eye like spheres of green and purple and white. There was also a feeling of movement or tunnel like traveling through space. Finally I perceived spiral symbols among others.

After the session I was left with a sensation of joy and self realization for the rest of the day, I had vivid dreams and visualization and relaxation was easier than ever after the session. There was also an increase in telepathy activity.

I will be attuned promptly to REIKI I by Hans and I am looking forward to be able to heal and help people in an unconditional loving way.

I have completed Reiki II with Hans. One thing I have noticed is that the opportunity to use these skills have presented themselves into my life. My grandson was recently born with a problem digesting his food. The doctors were advising operations. While I held him, I prayed over him and used the Reiki symbols. He began to keep milk down with very little coming up. As the week went on, he began gaining weight. I have for several months performed Reiki at a distance....... thinking of him. He is able to keep food down, digest it and not need any operations.

"I have had the pleasure of having Hans do two healing sessions with me and I will be completing the Level I Reiki Practitioner course soon. I have found Hans to be very kind and prompt with answering any questions I have had. The distance healings that I have received have been wonderful! Again, I was very relaxed and slept very soundly. I have since found that my hands feel very warm and that I can really feel a strong positive energy coming from the palms. I met Hans through his Reiki site on the internet. I signed up for distance Reiki treatments. After treatment 1, I signed up for the course Reiki 1. During the treatments and initiation, I have had wonderful sensations including color as well as changes within my body. Hans has introduced me to Reiki as distance healing. "I became aware of Reiki through my massage therapist and began searching for information on the internet where I found Hans. I had some medical issues which I desired to address and we arranged for a date and time for my first distance Reiki session. I had a few weeks to prepare for this session so I became familiar with the Tera Mai Reiki system by reading and absorbing every bit of information I could from his website. This energy channeling experience was the most relaxing and refreshing therapy session I have ever endured.
