If it's only for your personal use, you can do with my intellectual property whatever tickles your fancy: modify it, improve it (a tricky one to pull off), muck it up completely (a cinch), chew it and spit it out again, put it in the dishwasher, feed it to your pet cockroaches, err, I guess you're beginning to get the idea.
You may freely pass on and distribute my games, as long as you give credit where credit is due and clearly specify where you got them from.
I explicitly
do NOT authorize commercial use of my stuff in any shape, form or flavour.
Having
said that - if you're a big multinational company like, say, Microsoft
or Wizards of the Coast, and think one of my games could sell bucketloads
if only marketed properly, please feel encouraged to talk to my secretary.
In the case of other people's intellectual property presented or mentioned in these pages, I will not be held responsible for its use or abuse by third parties.
If you pirate any of my ideas or designs I will definitely thump your nose, unless you're bigger than me, in which case I'll just yell insults at you from a safe distance.
Now that we've got this out of the way, we might as well go back home!
