REMEMBER: BaoTV use the Btvid_32.dll that comes with the AverMedia
========  Phone98 TV Card. So BaoTV only works fully if this DLL is 
          present. There are others TV Cards that install this DLL 
          too, so try BaoTV to see if it works.

BaoTV 1.83: 
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 - Windows Media Audio Format now works in FM Recordings. This format
   compress audio at the half size than mp3 without quality loss. An
   example: 
         * 32000 hz, Stereo, 128 kbps, MP3 Format 
         sounds with the same quality as 
         * 32000 hz, Stereo, 64 kbps WMA Format 
   You can use half bitrate for your WMA as the rule. But try out
   yourself this awesome format. I only have encountered a fault: the
   WinAmp is not able of convert this WMA to standard WAV quickly. I
   will see this and if I find the solution BaoTV will have this
   option in next release 1.84.

 - While recording FM, the Hard Disk is now less used. The recording
   is stored in RAM until the buffer is full or the capture ends; then
   the file is flushed to the Hard Disk.

 - Bug Fixed: When recording FM, when you STOP a programed recording 
   and after you program other recording, this new programed 
   recording never was started.

 - Bug Fixed: File overwriting when using REC button in FM Recordings. 
   The file counter was not incremented.



BaoTV 1.82: 
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 - Firstly I must say that Avermedia TV Cards with Philips Tuner (see
   C:\windows\avdata.ini to know what tuner you have) works perfectly
   with BaoTV. Some people say me BaoTV was not working with Philips
   Tuner but they are wrong: they didn't know how search the TV
   frequencies in BaoTV's TV Channels Dialog. Well these people can
   now use the Autodetection button.

 - A new WAV Recording Options (for FM Recordings). Before, when 
   you did FM recordings, a AVI file was captured (and frame 
   rate was set in 1 Frame/sec). Now FM recordings write directly 
   in WAV format. You must set the input format and the compression 
   to use (MP3 format works!! in WAV recordings but not in AVI 
   recordings yet).

 - Autodetection of FM Channels added.

 - Autodetection of TV Channels enhanced: only channels with signal 
   are showed now. Thanks to a idea of Alfonso M.de Lizarrondo (the
   CPlusWin author; visit his page http://go.to/CplusWin for the 
   better program to decode Nagra sound).

 - Arrows Control to TV/FM Channel's change added.

 - Exit the program without mute the Sound was implemented (File/Exit
   and Sound ON). 

 - Bugs I fixed (well I hope so :-)
      . Choose driver didn't work 
      . AVI recording at 1 frame/second always in some cases



BaoTV 1.80:

 - A Sound Level aid you now to select the correct Volume in Mixer

 - The tuning of the TV Channels now has a new and powerful
   "Autodetection" option. Thanks to Alfonso M. Lizarrondo  for his 
   effort tracing  the AverMedia program and discovering how the  
   Channels Autodetection is achieved.
   Also now when changing Channels there is no more noise between
   channels as before.

 - Choose the driver to use (Options/Choose driver) 
   This is for the owners of several VideoCapture Cards. Before, only
   the first driver was used for VideoCapture.



BaoTV 1.79 beta: 
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 - Now you can tuning your TEMIC (before only Philips was supported)
   This was possible thanks to the info from Alfonso M. Lizarrondo.

 - You can set 10 Recording Programs. These programs can choose the TV
   or FM channel to record. Also you can choose the frame rate for 
   this recording and you can choose Shutdown the computer when all 
   the recordings finish

 - A counter was incorpored and BaoTV01.avi is no overwrited anymore.
   Now when you push the REC button a new BaoTVnn.avi name is created.

 - When you are recording a TV channel the frame rate you choosed is 
   used. But when you are recording a FM channel the frame rate is set
   to 1 frame/second and restaured after recording. So the image data
   captured is minimum. In version 1.8 I will program WAV capture for
   FM channels.
 
 - Tuning of VHF-L channels is now possible. Before was impossible
   tuning these channels with my program. I recommend you delete all 
   the channels and tuning again because I also modified all the
   tuning function and now works better.
