In the chapter of Tourism, Agolada has a great wealth that we can difference in 3 masterlines:

Rural tourism in Agolada can't be understood without talk about of lodging that let us, not only to sleep, but also to do every alternative activities and green tourism that are offered in this municipality.

Between the most outstanding lodging we can talk about of one of them which because it special charming, makes that the first time visitor will repeat more times. This is "A casa do Xis" in Val village, where we can enjoy a staying in the most absolute quiet and peaceful, without loss the activities that offers.

In green tourism we must signal the landscape wealth of the Deza Country in general, and the Agolada municipality in particular. Of these lanscapes the visitor can enjoy, alone or in guided visits, of the most beautiful and singular zones, such as rivers, streams, paths, old water mills, etc. all of arounded of a almost virgin vegetation in a lot of places.

If in addition we joint the possibility to practice natural sports like trekking, mountain-bike, horse-routing, canoeing,  hunting, fishing (excellent trouts in Arnego river), we're talking about a great amount of posibilities that will let the visitor to enjoy of some days of absolute rest or intense playful activity, in contact  with the environment and history of a country that mixes in a perfect way the ingredients of a recipe that you'll always be ready to repeat.

Of recent inauguration (June of 2004) and by the special beauty of the surroundings, as well as the excellent work of rehabilitation that in him has taken place, respecting so much the materials as the original construction, the "Pazo de Eidián" is probably placed as locomotive of the rural tourism in the zone has several rooms and halls recreation, ample landscaped zones and all the comforts that the traveller can need.

The guessed right mixture in the design of their interiors, uniting elements of old "pazo" (Palace in Galician) with the most modern decorative tendencies, create an atmosphere of cosy quality. Its restaurant, opened every day of the week not only to the provided with accomodations people, but to whatever it wishes to delight with his excellent letter, transfers us to an atmosphere where but the minimum detail is well-taken care of. As far as green tourism, it is to indicate the wealth landscaping that it has the region of the Deza in general and Council of Agolada in individual.

In which to gastronomy one talks about, they exist multitude of restaurants and houses of meals where, in any case, always we will have the best quality in products. They emphasize Restaurants like the "Merendeiro do Arnego" in Vilariño, where we will be able to enjoy its already famous "churrasco" (Brassed meat)  in precious surroundings to the border of the Arnego river. The "Hostal Galicia" next to the church in Agolada offers one to us varied letter in which personally it would honor the Codfish to the Live coal.
