The piston has two O ring to retain the oil.

You can measure the thrust whan you know the piston area.

If the area is 4.15 cm2 and the pressure is 80 bar the thrust is 80 x 4.15 =332 kg/sec

The maximun thrust measure with this manometer will be 415 kg/sec

The test was OK.
