Grothar Rockfury stands up in front of the gathered puffing his chest and clearing his throat. Looking around to make sure all in attendance are paying attention he snaps the paper up in front of him and reads the proclamation:

As hereby heralded, through popular consensus, and mass majority of the peoples of Aros, I now proclaim that the lives of all characters will now and for all times in the future be documented and publicly posted on the internet. If any person should have reason to speak a against the will of the people let them be heard now..

And so by rightful decree of the Lords Magistrate, and in turn ratified by the people of Aros, let this proclamation become law. Let no person who has evil thoughts of the use of the posted documentation be granted permission to visit it. (ie., use it as player knowledge) Let them be dealt with swiftly and silently by the appropriate law if they so chose to use the documents in an unlawful manner.
