The Republic of Montenegro proclaimed the independence on 3 Jun 2006. Together with the Republic of Serbia constitued the late Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (1945-1992), the late Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1992-2003) and the late State of Serbia and Montenegro (2003-2006).
