Postal Stationery
In the year 1869, the Hungarian Post Office began to work autonomous from the Austrian administration; which controlled all postal service in the territories compriseds in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, In this way on 1st October 1869 issued one card with the portrait of Emperor Francis Joseph, with the armories of Hungary ant two languages versions: the one in Germany "Correspondenz- Kart." And the other in Hungarian "Levelezesi lap."
