1.- Open debate
Via Internet and other forums to consolidate the ideas in this web. The debate should be completely open and we'd be please if everything, including the project itself, were questioned.
2.-Final definition of the European project
Establishing the agreed basic ideas.Contemplating the possible forms of action ( independant, co-operation with (an)other NGO(s), possible requests for involvement and/or subsidy from the European adminstarations.
3.- Creating/training the co-ordination teams in the regions.
We hope these ideas will create interest and that volenteers will come forward in many European regions to co-ordinate the respective regional projects. In the first place, the Bicycle users clubs and asociations are ideal candidates for this.
4- Definition of specific regional projects
Once the framework is stablished, every regional team will start their specific projects. Each one with a particular destination. It does not mean the same asking bikes for the third world than for a certain location in Somalia to help them solve these problems.
